Your order will typically ship out via USPS within fourteen (14) business days after it is received, unless otherwise noted. The delivery time will be dictated by your location. We do not ship on most major holidays; please keep that in mind when placing your order.

If your item(s) are received defective or damaged during shipping, we offer an exchange-only return policy. Exchanges may be made on any CDs, DVDs or Vinyls within thirty (30) days of receipt for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund. Apparel will not be refunded or exchanged.

Items classified as hazardous materials are not returnable. Please use the Contact page for issues concerning these items.

You will need to pay for the return shipments; original shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s); consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.

If you need to exchange an order, simply use the Contact page with your request. Please include your name and transaction number in your message. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November and ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for an exchange if received by January 31st.
